The Global Integrated Business Planning organization, organized by Sales & Marketing and working for Scania Group, is responsible for Scania's Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) and the core process Order to Delivery (O2D) as well as Operational planning and E2E flow Redesign. Our vision is to sustain a stable delivery flow and achieve corporate targets, ensuring that customers trust Scania's delivery capability.
We are now looking for a Transformation Manager to join us in the journey to reach our vision and targets.
Job Description
We offer you a wide, challenging and developing position in an exciting and dynamic environment. You will support the Head of Global E2E Flow Development & Business Planning in driving the change of Scania's E2E flow and be part of the Management Team. The position will expose you to a wide range of skilled people from different parts of the organization as well as the Executive Management of Scania. You will be involved in both the Order to Delivery process, Integrated Business Planning process Operational planning and E2E flow redesign. You will also get an in-depth understanding of the overall value created for Scania and our customers through cross functional work in planning and flow development.

Your Profile
We are looking for a person who is holistic, flexible, has great ability to learn and adapt in combination with excellent communication skills.
As a person, you have a genuine interest in understanding the business of Scania and how the world around us impacts our performance. You like to inspire and engage people and enjoy working together in teams. You have a positive attitude with a high level of responsibility and integrity. When faced with challenges you find the way and go the extra mile to get result.
You have high analytical ability and able to explain and communicate complex matters in an easy and understandable way for people not familiar with the details. You are an expert in creating ppt presentations of complex matters in a simple way.
We are looking for a person with a master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration and you may have started at Scania as a Trainee. We think that you have at least 3-5 years of experience within Scania, but your personality is more important that functional experience.
You are fluent in English and have a deep knowledge of MS Office. You have the ability to work both individually and in a teams as well as leading a team assigned to you.
