In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Together with the Enterprise Agile Transformation team, move Swedbank's agile transformation forward
• Drive digital and agile transformations, organisational culture, leadership & people development within the IT area but in close collaboration with both Business Areas, Product Areas as well as other Group Functions
• Drive the adoption of agile principles and practices across the organization, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and high-performance teams
• Lead project streams aligned with the overall transformation targets according to set time plans
• Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the transformation
• Develop training and supporting material to assist the implementation of agile concepts across the organisation
• Initiate & facilitate communities & other initiatives to support collaboration, learning & growth throughout the organization in favour of the agile transformation
What is needed in this role:
• Relevant academic degree
• At least 10 years work experience, incl. at least 5 years of work experience leading transformations and/or programs
• Extensive experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, preferably agile transformations (including SAFe)
• Good insights in Agile values, principles, and methods
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, such as active listening skills
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations
• Structured and organized, with a natural inclination for strategic and tactical planning
• Able to work and influencing effectively at all levels in the organization
• A great and engaged team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Good business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• Strong facilitation skills
