Now we are now looking for new stars to the team! What we are looking for is bright and driven Transformation Engagement Mangers to help us execute Telenor Sweden strategy .
What you'll do
As a Transformation Engagement Manger you will work together in a team of eight colleagues whose mission is to accelerate the execution of our strategy to become a fit and modern growth company. You will be supporting and advising the management team by managing Telenor Sweden's most strategic and complex projects. You will report to Manager of Transformation Projects
Who you are
In order to be successful we believe you feel engaged to work according to our behaviors (Always explore, Create together, Keep promises and Be respectful) and have a few years' previous experience of managing complex projects, as a management consultant (or equivalent). To succeed we also believe that you:

* Have a sharp strategic mindset and willingness to get your hands dirty
* Works systematically and is great at creating structure to complex questions
* Have strong communication skills with the ability to influence others
* Have a flexible and innovative approach with the will to find new ways to solve questions
* Always strive to do things in a smarter and more efficient way in order to deliver results
* Are fluent in English since we are a multinational company with many different nationalities
