WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
In the role of transformation consultant, you are part of Volvo Group's transformation program. You work to develop teams in project form on a quarterly basis. You are thus responsible for evaluating needs and competence in order to assemble and reshape the internal teams. As a transformation consultant, you work to teach, promote and coach the teams within the agile way of working. The purpose of this is to develop constellations and working methods to enable the business to reach its full potential of technology.
Qualifying
• Degree in software development etc
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel within the job
Meriting
• Fluent in Swedish
• Work experience from scrum/agile methodologies

You are interested in product management and agile methodologies. Facilitating workshops is natural to you and you enjoy teaching. You are a servant leader with a strong internal drive that motivates people. Good at facilitating conversations and get people to open up. You are positive, open minded and have a contagious energy.
