You know how to communicate complex issues and concepts in a simple, clear and engaging way - what we call IKEA Tone of Voice. You are excellent in English and communicate verbally, in writing, visually and you have strong conceptualisation skills.
Furthermore you are comfortable interacting with senior business leaders as your stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
In the position as Transformation Communication Leader your overall scope is to enable successful transformation through world class communications. In this position you will also ensure alignment with the overall Ingka Business Transformation. You will drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.
This means that there are lots of interesting and exciting responsibilities like being responsible for leading, developing and executing relevant communication solutions as part of the transformation agenda. Sometimes you will act as a strategic advisor or coach to the different leaders in the transformation. You will enable change both in the known and in the unknown, supporting the change processes with dialogues and relevant, tailored communications. You participate in business strategy & planning discussions to form the transformation communication agenda as well as work across functions within INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses.
This also means, at times that you take part of 'kraftsamla' ourselves, in producing and delivering according to the needs for the markets and group functions, enabling the change to happen.
