hela Sverige Engage with customers to inspire decision makers (CXO level) at prospects organisations to work with the Google Cloud team for their business and culture change programs.
Deliver change management consulting and transformation consulting engagements.
Facilitate change and culture related workshops and training sessions.
Design, develop and deliver partner training and enablement on change management and digital transformation approaches, methodology and best practices.
Educate Googlers on topics of change management, digital transformation, culture change, change leadership and Cloud professional service offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in designing and delivering change management programs, facilitating engaging workshops or designing and delivering communications or training programs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing and delivering interactive and engaging workshops and training sessions.
• Data analysis experience.
• Demonstrated experience of thought leadership in organisational design, change management, psychology of change, organisational culture, high performing teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple cross functional stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, customers and prospects.
• Excellent communication skills (including written and presentation skills).
As a part of the change and transformation team, you will interact with customers throughout all stages of their Google journey. From inspiring leaders, executives and decision makers about the art of the possible with Google technology and helping them to identify new innovative ways of working, to supporting customers and partners as they deploy and execute technology lead change and transformation projects, to training and enabling partners and developing assets and program materials and your role will be varied.
You will have a passion for organizational culture, and a curiosity for understanding how people and teams operate. You're able to identify problems and create solutions, seeing things through to resolution. You'll have strong program and project management skills and a desire to collaborate both internally and externally. You will also be passionate about Google's Cloud technology.
