THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
Your main focus in this role is to be responsible for manage vendor relationships in terms of invoice receptions & payment in Denmark and Sweden. You will be part of our fantastic finance team based at our service office in central Stockholm.
Tasks involve:
Processing vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Control of vendor accounts and payment proposals
Review of vendor accounts master data and ensure correct entries
Prepare legal or local requirements in terms of input VAT, statistics, environmental tax
Liaising with internal buyers to manage mismatches, missing purchase orders and stop any potential fake invoice
Reconciliation of vendor accounts. Deal with supplier enquiries with agreed service levels and necessary documentation.
Posting of periodic journals, accruals and pre-payments
Petty cash control support to controller, relationship with Company Stores and Regional Sales and Talent Managers
Maintain physical and/or digital archiving of all accounting documentation
Proposing improvements to Management in terms of operating costs / market overheads and contacting suppliers for implementing day to day cost savings.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A person based in Stockholm that have a strong knowledge and experience of the Danish Financial system

Fluent in Swedish and excellent English communication skills; both verbal and written. Danish communication skills are an advantage

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS, BAA) or European recognized purchasing certification
3+ years' purchasing and contracting experience with emphasis on consolidated purchasing leverage and negotiation skills
2+ years of working experience in SAP Finance system
Familiarity with the retail industry is a plus

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full time 40 hours/week with a 6 month trial period

Namninsamlingen lämnades in till FN-organet Global Compact i oktober 2018 för att bidra till hållbarhetsmål 12 (SDG 12) - Hållbar Konsumtion och Produktion. Målet är att inom en snar framtid säkerställa ett globalt förbud som omfattar de länder som idag saknar lagstiftning mot djurförsök på kosmetiska produkter och ingredienser.
