hela Sverige We are now strengthening the new Business Transformation Training team with three new Training Team Leads in process execution within Supply Chain and Technical Service. This team within Business Transformation Office is being reinforced to help Tetra Pak strengthen its foundation on "How we work". You will join other specialized trainers that are partnering with each global process team to create and maintain needed training material in multiple formats including classroom training, webinars, e-learnings and short instruction videos. A new focus area of this team is to support Business Transformation projects to secure required knowledge within the organisation. In this position, you will interact with mainly with Global Process team's members, Business Transformation project teams and System analysts within Global IM. The positions are based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Manager and direct a small team of Training Experts.
• Act as primary contact and coordinator towards important stakeholders in the process."
• Creation of cutting edge training material for classroom, webinars, e-learnings and short "how-to" videos, with occasional delivery of face to face classroom trainings.
• Partner with different project teams to develop and implement training content in implementation phase.
• Participate in initiatives to improve process competence in areas indicated above.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as Super User or equivalent in one or more of the relevant Tetra Pak processes, with experience of supporting users in SAP ECC and/or surrounding environment
• Experience in training delivery, especially virtual sessions
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Experience in relevant processes is a merit.
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to work with changing requirements while keeping the key content and big picture in focus.
You must adjust to the audience from a cultural and knowledge levels perspective while developing and delivering materials in a simple and efficient way.
