We are now looking to strengthen the training organization within our Customer Services department with a Training Specialist. You will be performing training on Transmode optical xWDM-products including L2 products.
The training department is responsible for all training that is delivered on Transmode Products. Training is performed either in our Stockholm training center or worldwide, wherever our customers are located.
Brief description of different work tasks:
Performing customer training on all Transmode products
Training course development
Internal training
Preparing customer premises training
Performing xWDM optical network design training
Internal and external marketing of training portfolio
Supporting Transmode sales in training bids
Scheduling training activities
Travelling 3-5 days 1-2 times per month. Mainly in Europe but also Asia and US.
Background:
Hands-on experience from one or more of the following: xWDM, SDH
Ethernet and IP experience from configuring switches and routers.
Certifications like Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or other networking exams are considered as a plus
Basic Unix/Linux knowledge
Experience as instructor in theoretical and hands-on training or presentations in general
Fluent English, skills in other languages as Spanish, French and German are considered as plus
Good skills in MS office
