Who you are
Global Service is a team that is supporting our Sales Companies around the globe to improve the customers experience with us. Currently we have Service Centre's in 72 locations and more than 1.000 employees in Service globally located close to our customers.
About the job: We are looking for a training specialist with a passion for Service. As a training specialist you will provide ongoing assistance with the development of new training programs and continually evaluate and develop existing training programs for our Service organization - including evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of our training.
You will deliver a wide mix of both face to face interactive training in our sales companies worldwide as well as virtual training and support in self-training (e.g. eLearning) for different targets groups - from service execution; Field Service Engineers, Service Centre technicians to service sales
You will attend regular meetings and training related discussions and projects. Support collecting and maintaining electronically training data and records. Together with the Competence Manager and colleagues from our global Service organizations you will contribute to develop the service competencies globally.
Who are you?You are a service and customer minded person with a deep passion and proven track record in people development and assessment. You can demonstrate a good pedagogic understanding - build and deliver effective training and development. Preferable you uphold a university degree in training/learning or can demonstrate in-depth teaching skills. You act proactively in a well-organized and result oriented way. Preferably 5-10 years' work experience within learning/training.
You have a good level of business understanding, commercial drive and analytical experience. You should have a high capacity for networking and a social capability to make good connections with the team and throughout the Alfa Laval organization. You are structured and can enjoy a high variety of tasks in a rapidly changing and growing work environment.
Travelling is a natural part of this position (80-100 days per year) and the work includes many international contacts. You should be able to use English as a working language, spoken and written, fluently. This position is preferable located in Copenhagen/Lund.
