To make supplier be qualified as Huawei service standard is very important. Training specialist is the kind of role who can correct and build relationships between Huawei and suppliers, and guide them to work with high quality. And trainer works together with the Retail team, to guide our customer and cooperator. The trainer is the designer of the instruction and materials.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the training material making and optimization with Nordic requirement;
Responsible for the training execution in operator, retailer store and service supplier;
Making the training plan to match the requirement of supplier ability improvement;
Selecting the excellent trainer seed in suppliers based on service requirement;
Analysis of training result to improve the service satisfaction.
Travel in Nordic countries to execution of training.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Business Skills
Experience in training area or sales in retail Store.
Willingness of studying new telecommunication and product knowledge.
Business maturity and responsibility for entrusted tasks.
Very good communication skills.
Good MS Office knowledge.
Education Background Requirements:
Educational background: college (3 years) and above in administration, electrical engineering, communication engineering or computer engineering or related commerce or science discipline.
Work Experience Requirements:
Industry background: have at least 1-2 year of experience in the consumer electronic (Telecom/IT preferred) industry.
Langue Skill R e quirement:
Fluent English and Swedish in Speaking, and Writing. Priority in Multi-Nordic language.
The successful candidate will be employed by an outsourcing company and work for Huawei as a consultant
