Responsibilities

As a Training Specialist at Tacton you will be a part of the Tacton Academy team as responsible for our trainings in system development and configuration of our application. You will develop trainings for new products as well as enhance trainings for existing products. You will give these trainings internally and externally for both customers and partners. The Academy team is also responsible for the certification of our partners. Tacton delivers software and projects which significantly enhances our customer 's business process. Our customers are usually international enterprises within different industries. The main pedagogical challenge is how to teach the way to change and extend the object models and work flows to reflect the customer 's business process. Our trainings only cover coding aspects to a limited extent, but a coding background is very good to have. We are currently developing our partner network in Europe and North America, and a significant part of your work will be to train this network. Traveling will be part of the job. Required Skills/Experience A strong emphasis will be placed on personal fit. You are committed, dependable, quality conscious and team oriented. You actively seek logical and mathematical challenges and like to understand how IT-systems work, and you have: Education: Degree in System Development or Master of Science with good grades.

Work experience: minimum 1-3 years, within IT or the manufacturing industry.

Pedagogical ambition and interest

Strong presentation and communication skills in both spoken and written English

Knowledge in programming languages: Java and JavaScript

Additional Skills Tool knowledge: IntelliJ, Tomcat, Apache Camel, Rest API, SalesForce, SAP

Knowledge in logical programming

Knowledge in distributed systems

System knowledge regarding ERP, CRM or PLM
