Technical marketing team for Substation automation comprises of a team of experts who are involved in technical pre-sales, product homologation and approvals with customers, training and marketing activities. The Training & technical seminar administrator will be involved in all administrative aspects of training and also with international technical seminars.
You will work with an international team of experts for the mentioned tasks. Every day will bring new and interesting challenges, providing fuel for personal development. The role requires delivery of collaterals as required and find innovative ways to continuously improve.
Your responsibilities
Plan and continuous update to training calendar
Work with participants which include worldwide customers and internal trainers
Logistics for world class training including invitations, coordination and communication, bookings, invoicing, follow ups
Logistics for international technical seminars including planning, internal & external coordination, conference booking, invitations to participants, web portal handling
You will be living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business
Your background
Graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the above fields, specifically event management
Proficiency in English and Swedish
Great verbal and writing skills as the tasks involve communication with varied teams.
Pro-active and goal oriented
Problem solving, flexibility, multitasking
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools
High attention to detail
Willingness to travel, occasionally
