About the position:
Develoment Systems is a section within the Software Development department that focuses on providing the best working environment possible for our product development. This includes everything from
tools development and managing test hardware to quality management.
This position will handle support for the entire development environment, traditional user support as well as training and keeping system documentation updated and fit for purpose.
You will be the primary interface for most tool related support, and perform training courses both internally within the company and for our suppliers.
The position requires you to take a great deal of responsibility, and you will have good possibilities to form this role in your own way to provide the best support possible.
Education:
• A university degree in either technology, behavioural science or pedagogics
Knowledge:
• Previous experience from working in support or training roles
• Excellent educational skills
• Fluently spoken and written English
Personal skills and abilities:
• Communicative
• Patient
• Great interest in technology
