We are currently recruiting a Training Manager to join our client’s team in Stockholm. Our client is a well known international company within the automotive business. The business is entrepreneurial, results driven and ambitious with a steadily improving market share.
The successful candidate will report to the Network Development Manager Scandinavia and be involved to drive performance and growth of the business.
The Training Manager will use his/her expertise to manage the areas of Training. This function has to ensure that improvements in the areas of customer satisfaction are made, as well as managing dealer workshop efficiency and profitability.
Purpose:
Effectively manage all aspects of the Training office, with particular attention to the strategic planning and implementation of core Aftersales and Sales programs.
Main duties:
• Training coordination
• Training budget
• Training session management for new appointed dealers
• Learning Management System administration
Responsibilities:
• To analyze and identify the training and development needs for After sales Network personnel and to develop an over all training plan to meet the current and planned requirements
• To optimize and maximize the use of local resources to optimize the process and manage the budget;
• To formulate, implement and coordinate policies and programs
• To monitor and adjust technical training needs in specific areas
• To forecast and develop future strategic plan
• To oversee maintenance of files and general administration
• All dealer staff assessed in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Responsible for updates/changes and leading the implementation of the LMS
• Liaison with Italy is central to the role
• Travel may be required
• Writing content and proof-reading training documents
• Dealing with all aspects of complaints regarding training and billing
Profile:
• Technical and/or Automotive related working experience
• Experience from sales and service
• A minimum of 5+ years working experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, and preferably Finnish
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strongly costumer oriented
• Entrepreneurial individual with excellent leadership and achievement skills under minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Good technical knowledge and IT-skills (SAP, Excel, Office and LMS)
• Manage budget
• Good knowledge of modern training methods
• Excellent planning, organizing and structuring skills
• Great attention to detail
• Flexible and effective team player
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated
• Social
