Our Divison Crushing and Screening, delivers crushing and screening equipment engineered for maximum productivity. To the Life Cycle Support Department in Svedala, we are now looking for an inspiring Training Manager to manage a small team and educate our internal coworkers on how to keep up with ongoing developments. Your mission - driving the development of new training tools and methods
In this position, you have an overall responsibility for driving the development and delivery of learning solutions. You do this by creating training processes within the global context for both employees, dealers and customers. In addition to this, you discover and validate market opportunities and provide strategic oversight of all training programs, as well as position the training products for all markets and buyers. Analyzing training profitability, the competitive landscape and status for all training programs and sales success, is another important part of your mission, as well as hosting and facilitating internal and external training programs.
Your character - a communicative and service-minded leader
We are looking for someone with a university degree from a relevant field or equivalent knowledge gained from a working career. You have at least five years of experience in training management combined with at least one year in managing the training of a department. It's also important that you have knowledge of the Train-the-Trainer model. Since we act both locally and on a global stage, you have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
We place great value on your personal qualities. You have excellent social skills, and this combined with your strong customer focus and solid business understanding, makes it easy for you to represent the organization internationally. You have good management and sales skills, and thereby also the capability to run a department in a global company.
