turnover of approximately 500 M SEK. Training Manager
Competence development and training has been identified as one critical area
for achieving growth and future business success. Q-Matic will strengthen the
organisation with a Training Manager, reporting to the HR Director at
Headquarters, Mölndal. As Training Manager you will be overall
responsible for our Training Centre, supporting both Q-Matic and distributors
employees. The mission will be to make sure that staff gain and develop the
skills they need to carry out their jobs effectively.
Responsibilities: -to conduct and supervise training programmes and
establish training modules and course material together with specialists in
the organisation -coordination, follow-up and development of the Q-Matic
competence framework structure -to work actively with gap analysis based on
the company competence standard in order to reach competence fulfilment
• find and develop methods for measuring competence development success
• provide and develop different training forms such as interactive
Internet-based training etc -secure the quality of all training investments
• to perform training Qualifications: We are looking for a
person, who is fluent in English (both oral and written), with excellent
communication and organisational skills and a driven personality with the
ability to create results. The ideal candidate has a technical
background and experience from training and competence development within a
technical international organisation. A post-graduate degree within
IT/engineering combined with a pedagogical education would be a merit.
High pedagogical skills and very good computer skills are basic conditions.
We also assume that you have experience from working with some kind of learning
management system and internet based training modules. For the
