MAJORITY is looking for a Training Lead

As Training Lead at MAJORITY, you will be closely supporting the strategic goals of our teams within sales and service. To succeed with your tasks you will have direct contact with our managers in the US and with our team in Sweden, identifying needs and improvement areas.

You will create and deliver training materials in a motivational and relatable way; improving the teams performance and ensuring a high level of delivery from all team members. Our teams deliver the highest service quality, and are interacting directly with our customers to deliver the best MAJORITY experience possible.

The role will require extensive travel (predominantly Texas and Florida where training is held today), with more states to be launched later on this year. This is a new and unique opportunity for a highly driven individual to unleash significant growth in a well-funded start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and development of the sales teams

Quality assurance of the service provided by sales and service teams to our customers

Report and articulate performance and success to the management team

Key Deliverables:

Conduct training sessions with our sales and service teams

Create and iterate training materials, with focus on an engaging approach

Quality assure, support and motivate the teams - ensuring strong ongoing relationships

Skills & Qualifications:

A hardworking individual who will thrive in a rapidly changing environment

A dedicated and fast learner who is ready to grow with MAJORITY

Excellent communication skills

Tech savvy - since our product is a financial app

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Bachelor's degree: BBA, B.B.A. or equivalent

Experience in creating training materials (would be an advantage)
