hela Sverige Group HR is now looking for a Training Expert to work in the central Learning Team. The main purpose is to support the Academies and the local organisations with expertise on training methodologies and design.
Responsibilities include
• Translating training needs into clear learning objectives
• Choosing most effective methodologies for meeting learning objectives (face to face, eLearning etc.)
• Designing or co-designing interventions
• Supporting delivery via train the trainer, direct delivery or partnering with external suppliers
• Evaluation and assessment of effectiveness
• Identify the external partner(s) who can deliver the identified intervention most effectively
• Give a clear and comprehensive brief to those potential partners
• Ensure that scope of work, ownership of materials and technical platforms are agreed
• Liaising with SKF Purchasing to ensure best cost is obtained
• Having a good network of external suppliers
Job requirements
Candidates will most probably be educated to degree level, preferably in psychology, business administration, pedagogy or human resources, and will have extensive experience in assessing training needs and designing training interventions. Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

Successful candidates will be good networkers, able to influence without authority across the organization and work easily with different cultures, nationalities and functions. They need to be a self-starter who can tolerate ambiguity and uneven workloads.
