Trainer to Net Insight Academy
Net Insight Academy provides a comprehensive training program covering the full range of Nimbra products and offers in-depth product and technology knowledge for engineers, network designers, product experts and operational staff. The courses cover everything from the introduction of technology to the installation of Nimbra. The aim is to provide customers, service providers and other stakeholders an opportunity to get the most out of the solutions.
As Trainer you will have full grip on Net Insight's training concept for development of new and existing courses for customers, partners and employees. The role involves operational responsibility for scheduling, resource planning and implementation of courses around the world. The work is in collaboration with our training manager and with other groups in Net Insight.
Responsibilities include:
• Complete regular Net Insight training sessions following the course outline.
• Handle all attendee-related administrative matters satisfactorily, prior to, during and immediately after course completion.
• Manage training logistics
• Set up all required computer and network equipment for courses.
You will be based in Stockholm but work with customers all over the world. Candidates should therefore be available for travelling.
What you need for this position:
• 2-4 years experience from an IT Operations environment
• A university degree with a specialization in IT or similar is preferable. A technical education is a requirement
• Experience from working with networking gear is an advantage
• 2-4 years experience from working with technical training and course development, preferably in an international environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent language skills, in both Swedish and English
• Skills in technical writing like reports and documentation for customers
Active CCNA (or greater) certification is advantageous.
