Publiceringsdatum2009-04-03Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will work in close cooperation with the local production site manager. The main mission will be to improve the processes linking the production site, Kalmar HQ, external partners and the customers together.
You will be able to influence your field of work depending on the local and central needs. Possible improvement areas are found in logistics, quality, business processes, reporting structures and local management.
The role has a wide spread of responsibilities and offers an opportunity to grow in the global Jacobi Carbons organisation. You will spend the majority of your time in the local market and visit other Jacobi facilities around the world a couple of times annually.
Vem är du?
You are recently graduated and have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration and/or you may have acquired a couple of years of international experience in a relevant field, preferably within manufacturing management or logistics.
In the recruitment process we will strongly focus on your personal skills and attributes such as ability to work independently, ability to prioritise, a strong personal drive and the ability to organize flows of information.
The positions require exceptional communication skills to create understanding and long term relations within the organization and to external parties.
You have very good command of English, both orally and written. The productions site located in China also requires good knowledge in Mandarin. The positions do not require knowledge in Swedish language even though it is preferred.
