Are you one of the Future Business Leader at Wärtsilä?
We are looking for young, talented, individuals who have the drive and passion to take our business into the future. The Leader program starts in January 2009 and last for one year. Together with
other young, future leaders from all over the world your journey will start with an introduction and training in Finland. The program continues with a two times five months internship in a location
abroad. You will develop your Financial and Business Control Competences as well as your leadership skills to be able to guide business decisions and support Wärtsilä's growth targets.
To join the Future Business Leader Program you require:
• A Master degree (preferably in Accounting)
• Relevant work experience of between two and four years.
• A willingness to move abroad.
• The drive to become a future leader
