For the internet-based expansion to France (and at a later stage Belgium and The Netherlands) we are looking for a (Trainee) Market Manager to become a valuable member of our international sales department. Once you have completed your 6 months' traineeship you will start working as our market manager for French (Dutch) speaking markets.
At Work System's your responsibilities may include but are not limited to...
• Running our French (Dutch) website
• Managing the daily order flow from your market (s)
• Communicating with customers via phone and email in French (Dutch)
• Coordinating orders with the production department (in English and/or Swedish)
• Designing custom-built van racking solutions for customers
• Creating marketing campaigns to grow the business
The position is based in Tenhult (Jönköping, Sweden), usually does not involve business travel and comes with a permanent work contract after a six months' paid probation period. Planned start: June/July 2017
Your profile...
Required (must have):
• Bachelor's degree (or similar education) in a field benefiting the position
• French on a (near) native level and fluent English
• Entrepreneurial and out-going personality with attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently/effectively in a fast-developing company
• Strong analytical and professional communication skills
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
Preferred (nice to have):
• Dutch on a business fluent/technical level
• Swedish from a beginner's level
• Interest in cars/vans and solving technical problems
• Willingness to move to Jönköping/Sweden
The company...
Work System develops, manufactures and sells van racking systems for light commercial vehicles. We are based in Tenhult (Jönköping) and have several installation centres in Sweden, Norway and Finland. Work System is also present in two additional markets (the UK and Germany) via online shops. This year, we expect to expand this online presence into France, Belgium and The Netherlands.
