Randstad is recruiting a Trainee/management assistant for Prologis
ProLogis is the leader in industrial real estate, with more than 435 million square feet (40 million square meters) of distribution facilities in markets all across North America, Europe and Asia.
Tasks:The selected candidate will work with a wide range of tasks, both as an assistant/office manager and sales support. The assistant work will be heavily focused on administering the office, having contact with various suppliers and internal stakeholders. The sales support, which is where most of the time will be spent, consists of preparing customer offers, underwritings, investment proposals and presentation materials.
Personal traits: Strong business mind, analytical, self motivating, outside the box thinking.
Experience: Some sort of sales experience, complex sales, B2B or project sales is preferable. Business education is required, industrial economy or a double degree in both engineering and business is a plus.
Other skills: Very strong communication skills required, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Career development: For the commercially focused candidate the next step is a Junior Market officer-position. For a candidate with more of an engineering background the next step is a project manager position.
