Job Description
What we would like you to bring to the table
As a Software Developer trainee you will be a part of creating solutions that streamline and enhance business processes through the use of advanced automation technologies. Together with your team you will
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks, crafting automation solutions using RPA tools and AI/ML algorithms to address complex business challenges and drive efficiency.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and enhance automation capabilities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of test automation trends, tools, and best practices.
Participate in the full lifecycle of automation project development, including requirement gathering, process mapping, automation scripting, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed automation solutions, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any technical issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automation framework by providing innovative ideas and suggestions based on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Prepare documentation including detailed process flows, solution design documents, and user guides.

Qualifications

We're searching for someone who thrives in finding better ways to get things done and doesn't take themselves too seriously. Someone who enjoys collaboration and celebrates personal and professional growth.
Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate for this role:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field and/or 1-2 years of work experience within the field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for understanding business processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of intelligent automation.
Basic understanding of programming languages like Python, Java, or NET and knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a merit.
Prior internship or project experience in software development, test automation or Intelligent Automation is a plus.
