Trainee ? IT/business area
With a commercial and innovative mind set
Husqvarna is looking for a trainee within IT who will be based in Huskvarna, Sweden. You will be part of an international 2-year trainee program, which offers four 6-month rotations, including one assignment abroad, combined with relevant training modules. You will have a tailored focus area depending on your background and interest, but it will most probably be within:
• Business Engagement - A broad global exposure in the interface between business and IT. Looking for you with a commercial mind set and will to work in an extrovert role within the company group. You probably have a degree within civil engineering or similar and a strong business acumen.
• Innovations ? Product development and intelligent user experience for the future. Looking for you with a true interest of the future techniques and will to be a part of that development. You probably have a master degree within computer science or similar and an innovative and commercial mind set.
You will be employed as a member of the Husqvarna Group's team from day one. Upon completion of the
program, our ambition is to assign each trainee to a leadership position within the IT area.
Successful trainees will have a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science and less than three years of relevant work experience. Husqvarna Group is present in 40 countries and our corporate language is English. Therefore, fluency in an additional language is preferred, in addition to previous international experience.
