Your Tasks - Paint the world green
You act as disciplinary supervisor towards Dispatchers (5 ppl including yourself) while being part of the Dispatchers team yourself (at least 50% of your time you will do the operational work of a dispatcher)
You train and guide the team and retrain individual employees if necessary
You implement feedback discussions with team members by evaluating their level of development and seniority
You create shift plans and determine all team members' regular and daily tasks
You ensure presence, breaks and quality of case handling for your team and operational area
You develop and continuously improve relevant processes
You overview shifts with special situations, check telephone reachability and induct countermeasures in case of a high call volume
You constantly align with other Team Leads
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
A recommended experience of three years in Traffic Control in a transportation-related industry
Ability to supervise in an operations setting and (quality) management experience
Communication skills and ability to work in a team
Analytical thinking, stress resistance and the ability to make fast and efficient decisions
Willing and able to work any of the shifts in our 24/7 operations
Very good knowledge in MS-Office
Fluency in Swedish, Danish and English - any other (European) language is a plus
Willing to travel if needed
