hela Sverige Do you enjoy working in an international environment and striving towards new achievements together with your team? We are now looking for an Operation Manager who will be leading and coaching a team of Dispatch Agents.
As Operation Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the traffic belonging to Bring Frigo Helsingborg and you will be part of the Bring Frigo Helsingborg Management Team. The position is placed at the Head office of International Transports. We invite you to take part of an exciting journey at a time when the operation is expanding and evolving.
YOUR MAIL TASKS:
• Motivate, lead och support your employees
• Create development strategies together with your manager and the Management Team
• Optimize the team
• Follow-up quality and cost
• Contact with customers, suppliers and partners
• Collect prices, create offers and tenders
• Implementation of new traffic and customer solutions
• Work with improvements and streamlining
• Experience concerning management and leadership
• Experience of transport planning, both on an operational and strategic level
• Professional proficiency in English
It is a merit if you have worked with international transports. We believe you enjoy working with colleagues and partners from different cultures and countries, and it is viewed as a merit if you know several languages.
