For this reason and to ensure competitive price points, smooth processing of used cars we are now looking for a Trade-in Coordinator to be part of Mercedes-Benz Sweden.
The Challenge...
You will be working in the "Used and Rental team" in the Sales Division Passenger Cars. The Team is working in 3 main areas: Direct sales of new passenger cars to rent a car companies Remarketing of internal cars and buyback vehicles (private lease and rent a car returns) Used car program called Mercedes-Benz Certified.
where you as a Trade In Coordinator will work towards the Swedish retail network and also support the team in various issues.
Your main assignments will be: Processing of used car returns and trade-in vehicles in internal systems Remarketing of used vehicles: dealer auctions and external partners. Handling & management of external partner(s) for price indication, logistics & remarketing Alignment of trade-in pricing rules with new vehicle pricing team Definition of and alignment of pricing rules with external partner Be a contact person in case of exceptions / special cases Create used car & trade-in remarketing reports and analyze it
You will also works as a back-up to other assignments within the department.
About you...
You are a structured, driven and positive person with great interest for the car industry. At the same time, you are good at communicating both with our retailers and colleagues - nationally and internationally. You have excellent skills in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
Profound communication and interpersonal skills with positive and solution-oriented approach is a success factor as well as Conflict resolution. You are dedicated, passionate and act with integrity.
We believe that you have a couple of years of experience with used car business, remarketing, trade in, used car appraisals or other relevant business.
The position is located in Malmö, Dockan.
