We are looking for a Trade Planning Executive to a big international company within FMCG. It's a fast growing company with high focus on marketing strategy and sales. You will be employed as a temp through Sale Nordic Staffing Services to start of with and for the right person there will be an opportunity to get hired directly.

Arbetsuppgifter
To develop and enhance the execution of Trade Channels marketing plans which meets brand, volume and profit objectives through the most effective and efficient utilisation of budgets and manpower in order to achieve national Trade Marketing & Distribution objectives.
Support that consumer based segmentation of SQ/HQ outlets is developed, implemented and kept up to date
Support that proper GeoPrioritisation, Channel and Outlet Type classifications are developed and implemented
Support identification of Touchpoints that are most effective and efficient in different channels, POPs, geographies
Support Development and implementation of Channels Trade Marketing & Distribution plans
Lead ongoing development and coordination of company cycleplan covering all activities from marketing, Key account and Trade Marketing
Lead ongoing development, coordination and evaluation of company cycleplan covering all activities from marketing, trade marketing and key account and consolidate in preparation for Cycle Planning Meeting
Ensure the data necessary to Manage Trade Channels in order to maximise, volume and share performance on End Market level.
Ensure the data necessary to manage distribution of company brands within the channels in order to achieve maximised availability and visibility is (by trade channel and outlet type).
Monitor channel specific performance and developments including competitors activities, customer/account sales data and other relevant information in order that opportunities and weaknesses are addressed as they arise.
Develops his own knowledge and potential in order to enhance his/her position and level of trust within the team and peers from other functions
Manage Channel budgets – if appropriate
Krav & önskemål
• Marketing knowledge; comprehensive understanding of all marketing mix elements
• Communication and presentation skills
• Strong influencing and leadership skills
• Able to manage own budget
• Good skills in office, especially Excel
• Written and spoken fluency in both Swedish and English
• Analytical and good at statistics
• Serviceminded and driven
