The company started in 1948 and is today a rapidly growing player within the segment of snacking. Current turnover is app. 730 MSEK. The decision to enter the Swedish and Scandinavian market meant strong investments in productions facilities and organization. You will join a strong and experienced team with skilled sales and marketing members.
We are recruiting a Trade Marketing Manager, fore our client, a FMCG Company (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced trade or brand marketer with good sales knowledge within fast moving consumer goods.
You will be the company's edge in terms of planning, implementing and converting the marketing plans into usable tools for the sales force and the company's trade partners. Understanding the vital link between sales and marketing and how it works will be key to success in you position. You will be working in a multi cultural team that requires fluent English and Swedish.
YOUR MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create Brand plans
• Develop media platform - focus trade/customer media
• Create in store material for trade and salesforce
• Create and implement category plans
• Support KAM in negotiations with central customer
• Consumer and shopper research ink retail audit data (Nielsen)
• Budget control
WHO ARE YOU?
We think that you have a passion to drive the category forward together with the company's trade partners. A strong analytic skill together with excellence in planning and implementation of your projects is vital. You can handle periods of high workload and high levels of complexity in problem solving. You also have the ability to grasp the wider picture in order to take strategically as well as tactically decisions. Working in a small and rapidly growing team will require you to be communicative and pragmatic.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• You have a degree in business administration
• App. 3-5 years experience within sales and marketing from FMCG-companies
• Project management training (e.g. in project planning, cost control, risk analysis, project financials)
• Proven track-record in successful project delivery
• Leadership experience is valued.
• Fluent in English and Swedish - oral and writing
