Reporting to the Area Product Director Scandinavia, you have the responsibility for setting direction and market intelligence around products, pricing and placement for your trades in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

You will be focused on core trades into and out of Scandinavia in which Maersk enjoys a dominant market position.
You will develop analytics and understanding, design and drive action plans for the Area Managing Director, Area Sales, Headquarter Trade teams as well as our regional Revenue Management team; helping Maersk achieve and maintain a competitive leadership position in the market.
You will thrive in an environment with many stakeholders and will build trusted relationships across the organizational layers and functions.

Key responsibilities
Translating our headquarter targets into local strategies and actions.
Delivering and optimizing the profitability and volume on the assigned trades in alignment with the commercial strategy
Supporting pricing and cost allocation - how to allocate costs optimally, setting price floors and acceptance policies for cargo on the network in partnership with the commercial teams.
Evaluating trade-offs between volume, market share, yield, reliability and costs.
Actively providing feedback to the organization on product performance and participating in regular service network reviews and product expansion opportunities.
Ensuring optimal space allocation on assigned services, with due considerations to cargo types and relative yields on both long and short-term basis.
Driving initiatives for the development of new products within Scandinavia.
We are looking for
Highly energetic, pragmatic and result oriented professional with a flair for numbers and the ability to deliver with tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
Customer and business oriented.
Self-started and experienced in leading without authority, creating followership and buy-in with demanding stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
