Main Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of Shopper Marketing campaign plans activating brand initiatives at point of sale (POS)

• Development of Trade Activation programs, grounded in shopper behaviour insights and market opportunities.

• Being at the forefront of developing & embedding Shopper Marketing and Brand Activation know-how across all channels

• Full project management responsibility managing KA, Brand & Field Force stakeholders, agency resources and budgets

• Ensuring campaign results are monitored and, learning's and insights are embedded in future developments

• Close cooperation with Brand teams, Planning & Insights and Field Force

Your background:

You are an energetic and resilient team-player with a positive, proactive and creative attitude and you are prepared to challenge existing ideas. You are a self-starter who can work independently and has a flexible attitude in a constantly changing business environment. You have a profound commercial understanding and possess strong leadership skills.

In addition to this you:
• Have a business or marketing University degree
• Have 1-2 years of experience within Marketing or similar roles in FMCG organisation
• Have the ability to work and influence across all levels and functions
• Possess excellent networking and project management skills
• Have the resilience to succeed in an international environment
• Are fluent in English and Swedish: both spoken and written
