We are looking for a TQM Manager to develop and refine the quality area within Tetra Pak Technical Service AB. The position offers a great possibility to improve and shape our future and includes building a wide internal and external network.
You will belong to the Parts Supply Chain team within our Technical Service organization. Its task is to design and implement a single process for the supply of spare parts from suppliers to our Customers. We have a modern logistics platform serving customers all over the world from our Distribution Centres in Lund, Shanghai, Dubai, Brazil and Mexico. Our aim is being a world class logistics provider.
As a TQM Manager you will be a member of the Parts Supply Chain Management Team. You will also have the overall responsibility for our Quality Management System for all entities belonging to Tetra Pak Technical Service AB.
The main tasks in the positions are to:
• Drive and continuously improve the area of Quality Management for Tetra Pak Technical Service AB.
• Maintain our ISO 9000 certificate and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvements and quality projects.
• Represent the Parts Supply Chain organization in global quality forums.

You enjoy being the quality expert and to communicate your ideas and opinions. You easily build trust and good team work. To have a strategic and overall view is essential to you, even though you are able to handle details when needed.
We believe you have several years of experience from a process and/or quality related position, and a university degree within production or logistics. Experience from working with ISO9000 and Lean concepts in the manufacturing industry is meriting. Your English skills are excellent, both spoken and written.
