Would you like to be a major contributor in managing the Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS)?
Service Operations within Technical Service support the achievement of desired System performance at Customer site as well as to maintain it during its intended lifetime by providing relevant and leading processes, tools, competencies and methodologies. Within this Organisation the Maintenance Management team is responsible to drive world class Maintenance Management capability within Technical Service to optimise the Customer's operational performance throughout the
complete lifecycle of the Packaging Line.
Maintenance Management is now looking for a TPMS Specialist. In this position you will work in a team of maintenance experts focused on continuous improvement and support of the Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS). This includes the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), the methods and tools used.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Identify new business requirements related to TPMS
• Maintenance methodology improvements
• RCM methodology improvements
• Maintenance FMECA Support
• Knowledge scanning of best practices and maintenance standards
• Define internal standards for maintenance
• Defining training requirements
Publiceringsdatum2012-01-25KvalifikationerThe successful candidate has a University Degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of previous work experience within the field of maintenance management. Experience from CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems) is highly desired. Knowledge of Asset Management and PAS 55 standard is seen as a merit. Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
You have a deep analytical mindset with detail orientation and a well developed planning ability. You use a structured way of working and have a customer-oriented attitude. Excellent communication skills are required. It is also of great importance that you are a good team player capable of motivating people and establishing long term relations. You will be expected to lead initiatives and drive activities independently, showing informal authority ability.
