If so, we are happy to tell you that we are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Manager to our Technical Product Management (TPM) team in Malmö/Landskrona. This is a temporary position for 18 months and starts from 1st of April.
Here's what you would do,
In the role as TPM Project Manager you will lead projects and initiatives to maintain and manage the technical ownership of our oat base technology, our existing product portfolio and packaging to ensure that we maintain our high standards. You will have the overall responsibility for initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of prioritized initiatives with TPM and adjacent functions, so Oatly can continue get truly oatsome products in the hands of our consumers, within a timely manner and with the right quality.
Other fun things you will:
• Lead projects related to our existing portfolio of oat bases, products, and packaging
• Be responsible for regional projects with focus on the European portfolio as well as global and transversal projects related to all regions
• Lead the project teams to deliver on the scope, goals, and timelines as well as involve, inform and activate stakeholders.
• Work with an agile approach and the structure needed
• Create and nurture the psychological safety in the project teams to empower creativity and enable collective intelligence to overcome challenges and find great solutions
• Work in close collaboration with other functions, sites and markets
• Secure technology transfer and handover to receiving organizations
Are you the Oatsome person we are looking for?
To thrive and be happy in this role, we think you will need the following qualifications and experience:
• Basic Project Management Training and minimum five years' experience in leading projects and with stakeholders from different functions.
• Strong skills in communication- and stakeholder management
• An engineering or science degree with leadership and business profile
• Experience from FMCG business, preferably food industry.
• Proven success in and passion for innovation and product development
• Fluent in English (oral and written)

You manage your way well within uncertainty and an ever-changing environment. To sum up, you drive change and development with enthusiasm and heart, creating a safe and allowing environment in your teams and surroundings.
