Job Description
We are on a journey to create the best people organization in the industry. We created a new People Life Cycle team as a part of our Central People Organization with the objective to deliver the most impactful, holistic and customer centric colleague journey. People Life Cycle is home for a diverse group of HR Subject Matter Experts, who work together towards our common people strategy and vision.
Total Rewards is part of People Life Cycle and consists of teams focusing on Core Compensation, Pension & Benefits, Executive Compensation and Global Mobility. As a Total Rewards SME - Job Architecture, you will be part of the Core Compensation team and will report to the rewards function head, Manager of Reward. As an SME for the area, you will be owning the H&M Group Job Architecture Framework, further developing, implementing, and maintaining the job catalogue, ensuring through strong governance alignment with the business goals, industry standards and the connected people life cycle processes.
Responsibilities:
Job Architecture Ownership: Further develop, implement, and maintain the organization's job architecture framework.
Governance: Establish and enforce a governance process for job architecture, including job evaluation, levelling, and titling standards.
Job Catalogue Management: Secure periodic maintenance and updates of the existing job catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date catalogue structure and classifications.
Job Architecture Integration: Enable the core framework integration and utilization by other people processes. Collaborate cross-specialist areas to enable a coherent and meaningful colleague journey based on the job architecture foundations.
Calibration Reviews: Facilitate functional and cross-functional calibrations to ensure consistency and fairness in job evaluations across the organization.
Organizational Design: Participate in major reorg projects by consulting the business on org sizing and levelling. Assess and maintain Mercer based organizational sizing.
HR and Rewards Partnership: Partner with HR business partners, Rewards Managers and other stakeholders, provide guidance and support on job architecture-related matters.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse job architecture data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Perform periodic job framework data quality reviews and initiate data clean-up. Update Dashboards.
Pay Transparency: Actively contribute to the Group Pay Transparency Strategy and Implementation, though proper job catalogue utilization and analysis.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to continuously improve job architecture processes and tools, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and staying abreast of industry best practices.
Training and Communication: Develop and deliver training programs and communication materials to educate HR, Total Rewards, Colleagues and Leaders on job architecture principles and practices.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of the Total Rewards function, aligning job architecture initiatives with broader People Life Cycle goals.
Mercer IPE Methodology: Utilize the Mercer International Position Evaluation (IPE) methodology to evaluate jobs, ensuring a consistent and equitable approach to job evaluation across the organization. Maintain the IPE and internal position levels correlation tables.
Executive Level Evaluation: Conduct evaluations for executive-level positions, ensuring consistency and sustainable org design. Own the levels and structure for CEO direct reports and grandchildren layer.
External Benchmark: Organize and run the annual survey submission process. Create and govern a job matching database.
Vendor Management: Maintain contacts with global vendors and service providers in the area of job architecture and market benchmarks.

Qualifications
Several years of experience in human resources and rewards, with a focus on job architecture, job evaluation, and compensation.
Business education degree
Proficient understanding of Mercer job architecture, job analysis, and International Position Evaluation (IPE) methodology.
Strong analytical skills to interpret job descriptions and lead job evaluation interviews.
Strong technical skills mainly with Excel and PPT, to be able to manage large databases and prepare presentations.
Strong organizational agility and ability to understand organizational design, dependencies and business models.
Stakeholder management and ability to respectfully challenge senior stakeholders during evaluation interviews and calibration meetings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills to address job architecture-related challenges.
Project management skills and ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.
