Dina arbetsuppgifter
As a Senior Consultant in our team you will take on a senior role in delivering value for Ericsson and developing the Practice. This will include:
• Managing consulting projects: planning, execution and realization, team and client management.
• Solving business problems and securing quality and relevance of project work.
• Working closely with client and client teams to achieve project objectives.
• Contributing with experience in strategy, operational improvement, and execution.
• Take active part in developing the Practice.

Utbildning och erfarenhet
You are a successful management consultant with strong results focus and the ambition and potential to develop as a leader within Ericsson.
Requirements:
• Proven strong performance as consulting project manager at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• MBA-degree from top-tier school.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent academic background with a master's degree or similar in business and/or engineering.
• Passion to coach and develop junior consultants.
• Fluent in three languages (minimum)
