For our customer we are now looking for a
Tools specialist CQTM
Assignment description:
The customer runs a number of release programs, divided into several platform projects. The platforms are released a number of times every year, and an important part of our quality assurance work is improving the test process and test environment.
We require a tools specialist to help deploy and maintain CQTM within our test projects. This is a part of Phone I&V Tools section. The tools specialist will supply training, mentoring, maintenance and support of the CQTM environment. The tools specialist will also interface with the tools suppliers (IBM) as necessary with error reports and requirements.
Job description:
As a tools specialist you are responsible for planning CQTM deployment activities, supporting projects, mentoring project staff, holding training seminars, providing support and maintenance of the CQTM test environment (including CQTM customizations and management of ClearQuest Multisite) and acting as an interface to IBM Rational in relation to issues like error reports and enhancement requests.
Goal and deliverables:
The tools specialist is expected to Provide projects with a cost efficient test management environment based on CQTM including training, mentoring, support documentation and CQTM customizations.
Support users with the use of the CQTM environment in coordination with other CQTM support staff in Lund and at other Ericsson sites.
Support project and line with CQTM integration activities with test automation tools including other IBM Rational tools, e.g. Rational Manual Tester.
Contribute to the work and verification of test tools and strategies Responsibilities Contribute to the work with test tools and test strategies, performed by system engineering and other groups.
Secure an open communication between Phone I&V Tools section manager and CQTM stakeholders.
Submit weekly progress reports to I&V Tools development manager Authorities Plan CQTM maintenance releases and validate releases prior to go live.
Coordinate error reports and enhancement requests to relevant stakeholders Plan deployment support activities for different projects.
Supply Ericsson units with feedback on test environments, test cases, and working processes etc.
Competence:
MSc or similar.
Experience working with ClearQuest Demonstrated technical skills and communication skills (English) are mandatory.
As a support technician be visible and easy accessible to the people that need support.
Flexibility is necessary as we are acting in a dynamic and changing world where we continuously meet new demands.

Preferably you have experience of software design and verification.
