We are currently looking for a Tools Engineer to join the Specialists & Methods group. In close cooperation with the head quarter in Vienna you will help us mature and improve the tools landscape and efficient usage of our tools. As a part of the multi-site team you get the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in a fast growing market for online gaming and live betting. Working with us is both as serious as in a bank or a stock exchange and as fun and creative as in the gaming industry.
Your place at the table
As Tools Engineer you will catalyse the evolution of an effective tool landscape together with the various process owners; as well as effective processes. Together with the colleagues in Vienna you will improve work to improve efficiency, usage, purchase and cost of our important tools. Identifying extensions, integrations, configurations and in-house tools and add-ons we need as well as administrate, maintain and evolve the tool landscape in close cooperation with our head quarter. You will also become bwin Games tools expert responsible for training the organization and its spokes person internal as well as external.
Your gaming skills and experience
To play with us, you need to have at least 2 years? experience from a similar role. You have knowledge of the various processes and procedures used to develop and operate a complex system is important in order to effectively help the organization.
Player profile
As a professional, you need to combine the qualities of a high achiever with being a natural team player strongly focused on providing the best customer service and support. You also need a high sense of quality and accuracy. Much of the work is listening and understanding the customers challenge. You have the capability to enthusiasm, explain, conduct trainings. Part of the work is to help customers to understand and express their needs, processes and requirements thus facilitating meetings is natural to you.
