hela Sverige Your main tasks as Tools and Reporting Specialist are to:
• Create and communicate monthly reports and follow-up of KPIs.
• Update business processes in the management system in collaboration with business process owners.
• Support training in IT tools.
• Develop training material and instructions.
• Contribute in specifying the requirements of our needs for IT tool development.
• Propose improvement and development suggestions for IT tools and applications.
• Give end user support in IT tools and applications.
• Support continuous improvements activities.
We are now looking for a Tools and Reporting Specialist for a temporary position starting in early 2018 until the end of the year. The position may be located in any major Valmet Pulp & Energy location in Sweden (Gothenburg, Karlstad, Sundsvall) or Finland (Tampere, Raisio, Ulvila).
During 2018, the global Supply and Category Management organization will have a strong focus on development and implementation of our IT tools to improve supplier on-time-delivery and supplier quality.
You will belong to the Quality and Process Development team. This team supports the global Supply and Category Management team with IT tool and application development and support, reports, internal continuous improvement projects and business process development.
To succeed in this position, you have a broad overall knowledge of company procedures in project oriented organizations.
You probably hold a degree connected to systems/supply management content on university level or upper secondary school, or as well similar competence achieved by working experience.
You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, and have good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
Furthermore, you should have advanced MS Office Excel skills, and good MS Office PowerPoint skills.
Preferably you have experience from ERP and reporting tools, and from procurement applications and tools.
