Arbetsuppgifter
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain TomTom's retail and sales of TomTom devices and accessories;
• Develop and maintain B2B / Automotive channels
• Achieve the distribution/retail and channel sales target in own territory, focusing on key measures: sell-out, sell-in, margin and market share;
• Focus on Tier 1 customers on Consumer IT market and work as a team with the preferred Distis;
• Establish strong rolling Account plans covering product portfolio, marketing & promotional activity, revenue and volume as well as plans to develop strong strategic & robust partnerships;
• Manage time effectively to ensure a strong balance between new business development and managing existing business with a view to both short and medium term Return on Investment;
• Apply all TomTom sales policies and standards. Provide accurate forecasts;
• Establish rationale in the minds of buyers, account head office staff and shop floor staff for each product/solution. Ensure all the key consumer benefits are communicated effectively in media, brochures, point of sale and to shop floor staff as well as ensuring effective merchandising and display of products. Effectively utilize MDF funds to drive demand and pull through of stock from
• Distributors. For non managed accounts ensure Distributor staff focus on TomTom and have effective tools;
• Work as a team with Nordic sales, Sales Finance, Marketing and the Sales Operations & Support organizations.

Bakgrund
Your profile
• Business or relevant technical degree;
• 5+ years experience of national level retail and channel sales of consumer electronics/high technology products, experience with a proven success in selling devices into the retail sector;
• Strong oral & written communication and influencing skills in order to effectively communicate with all levels and parts of the channel partner organization and within the own organization;
• Capability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with retail and channel partners;
• Business acumen in order to drive the contribution to business from retail/channel sales as well as strong financial & planning skills;
• Hands-on and team playing attitude to achieve targets together with all company resources;
• Strong numeric and planning skills plus ability to develop, implement and manage complete
• Account business and promotional plans;
• Track record of achievement, innovation in respect to market developments and responsiveness to customer needs;
• Knowledge & strong contacts within Swedish retailers and distributors;
• Knowledge of mobile business models, pricing models (ideal);
• Knowledge of B2B/ Automotive sales and process ( ideal)
• Long-term perspective on developing the channel and market;
• Languages: Swedish & English.
