You will be responsible for delivering IT Client services to users and business in our customer's office in Kista, Stockholm. This entails working with second line support tickets of Windows clients, ad-hoc handling of technical issues and the production of technical documentation. The assignment is approximately 4-10 hours/month and requires your presence on short notice when there is an issue, so it is important that you have a flexible schedule and that you are a quick learner.
To ensure support when needed we wish for every vendor to present three candidates in one document, one main candidate and two back ups, that can form a support team.
Required skills:
• High competence in PC Hardware
• Good knowledge in Windows 7
• Active Directory experience
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent understanding of computer related performance issues
• Ability to work accurately to specified deadlines
• An effective communicator in both written and spoken English and Swedish
• You are able to work independently.
• You're curious and open minded, but also firm, resolute, accurate and performance given.
