Job purpose
Lead delivery of services to our clients and contribute to our continuous growth through quality deliverables. Act as a Director on a portfolio of client companies using personal expertise and knowledge to develop relationships through these appointments or elsewhere in the wider industry. Raise TMF's profile in the market through enhancing personal presence as well as that of TMF. Effectively disseminate personal knowledge and subject matter expertise internally. Manage, supervise and coach the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
Signing documents in the name of the client based on Power of Attorney, eg tax returns, Financial Statements;
Planning, coordinating and controlling all accounting data prepared for allocated clients and ensuring that law requirements are met;
Any other tasks assigned by the management board.
Compliance:
Reviewing difficult transactions subject to misstatement, reviewing and accepting payments;
Providing advice on complicated accounting matters;
Working in compliance with all TMF procedures and related standards of work.
Customers:
Meeting regularly with allocated clients, monitoring their needs and coming up with proposals on how to improve the cooperation;
Striving to attract new customers by attending the meetings with potential clients as subject matter expert;
Ensuring effective onboarding of new client from operational perspective;
Reviewing contracts for allocated clients regularly in order to properly address out of scope works;
Analyzing allocated client profitability and discussing it with Operations Director.
Leading personnel:
Directing and controlling the team of Accoutning professionals; work planning for the Accoutning team;
Interviewing applicants and appraising staff under his/her control;
Ensuring professional growth of employees in his/her department;
Ensuring positive atmosphere in the team;
Providing trainings for Accounting Trainees / Accounting Assistants / Junior Accountants / Accountants / Senior Accountants to improve the level of technical knowledge in the organization;
Analyzing capacity of the team from the perspective of allocation of additional client or additional team members.
