About the role

Tiger of Swedenis now looking for a Sales and operations planner to further strengthen their Sales and Operations Team and business, in future expansion. This isa temporary employment untill August 2020. Start ASAP.

As a Sales and Operations Planner at Tiger of Sweden,you are responsible forforecasting, demand and supply planning as well as delivery tracking. You will cooperate and communicate with awide network of people ranging from production facilities, external suppliers to internal colleagues. All in the pursuit to develop the business to reach the goals which are identified in the Tiger of Sweden's strategy.

The position is located at the Tiger of Sweden Headquarters in Stockholm. Some situational and limited travelling might be required.

This position willrefer to the Supply and Operations Manager.

Key tasks

• Communication with the sales and product team to align the product forecast, quantities, sales actions and the necessary information to develop the demand and supply process.

• Demand planning and operative sales forecasting for NOOS products.

• Evaluating forecast performance and improving forecast based on portfolio analysis as well as presenting forecast results to senior stakeholders.

• To create, review & communicate the Supply plans to the suppliers/production facilities to ensure that finished goods stock is available on time at the right level to achieve the high level of service expected by our customers.

• To ensure that Master & static data in Planning tools are always up-to-date.

• To manage relationships with suppliers through regular communication of supply plan, fabric planning and give the inputs minimizing potential leftovers.

• By inventory management minimize obsolete and excess stock.

• Manage the relationship with our 3PLs provider & Global Logistics team regarding incoming goods.

• To provide forward visibility of stock levels thereby allowing the business to plan for change and identify potential future service issues, to be managed via allocations and overstock situations.

• Coordination and setting the plan for inventory development of in-phasing products.

• To ensure that master data is updated in the systems to assure proper planning process.

• To ensure that the necessary KPI are available on time with supporting comments.

• Represent and present the areas of responsibilities in meetings and communicate appropriate information to relevant stakeholders.

• To effectively liaise with key internal/external customers to ensure all supply chain opportunities are maximized for NOOS products.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from relevant study, e.g., technical or commercial discipline

• Has a deep understanding of supply chain and solid experience within similar position in the fashion industry or within the FMCG sector.

• Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to prioritize workload.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a great attention to detail.

• Are driven, dynamic, highly self-motivated with a commercial mindset, triggered by delivering great results.

• Experienced user of the Microsoft Office Package where Excel is the master. Advanced experience with DRP/MRP software, ideally in A3 and Styleman.

• Excellent language skills, fluency in Swedish and English is required, both verbally and written.

• To enjoy working across departments and be collaborative.

• You are a positive, energetic, ambitious team player with collaboration skills and an open-minded attitude that enjoy working across departments.
