Join Thule Groups Graduate program to kick-start your career!
We are looking for you who have a Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or other technical education from High school or Higher Vocational Education.
At our Global Development Center in Hillerstorp we develop world class, premium branded products with high quality and sustainability in focus. Our Graduate program is a yearlong initiative with the aim of preparing you for different roles within our product development organization, such as industrial design, concept development, design engineering, textile development, prototyping, testing or simulation.
Join our Graduate program and you will get to know our organization and culture while at the same time have an interesting and challenging journey. You will develop rapidly and be able to follow all aspects of our product development process. During the program you will, on a regular basis, meet and share knowledge with committed colleagues in Thule and other participants in the program. In this way you will build a valuable network of colleagues and new friends.
