Your Role as Textile Test Engineer
As a Textile Test Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of product development, working closely with our R&D engineers to ensure our products meet and exceed industry standards. Your expertise will be crucial in:

- Conducting Hands-On Testing: Perform practical tests on components and complete products, ensuring compliance with the highest local and international standards.
- Innovating Testing Methods: Develop and refine test plans, translating complex regulations into actionable best practices and pioneering new testing methodologies.
- Collaborating for Success: Work alongside our project testing team manager and talented colleagues in various fields, including mechanics, chemistry, electronics, and textiles. While your core focus will be on textiles, you will also evaluate color consistency and perform tests in other areas-primarily mechanics-to support cross-functional efforts.

But it doesn't stop there. You'll also be planning and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across design engineers (mechanical and textile), prototype, simulation, production, quality, and more. Your expertise will be key to our continued success.

What You Bring
You are a curious and driven textile engineer, eager to challenge conventional methods and explore innovative solutions. You possess both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, enabling you to apply your expertise effectively. Your background includes:

- Textile Testing: Experience in fabric and soft goods material testing, environmental and technical fabrics, and compliance standards.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable navigating regulatory texts and applying them in practical scenarios.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Education: A degree in Textile Engineering and/or Materials, with fluency in English as it is the language of our daily communication and at least elementary knowledge in the Swedish language.
