Research design ideas for seasonal concepts
Research and develop fabric and trim for each season
Initiate Design of all new and existing models seasonally
Take overall responsibility for the process from research to finished garment
Lead all fittings to insure that the desired end result is achieved through fit and construction
Work closely with production team and factories ensuring the quality of the final product
Highly focused on textiles
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of industry experience designing women?s products
Design degree, preferably with an emphasis on women?s wear
Must be highly creative and have a strong eye for colour and fabrics
Strong presentation skills
Knowledge of garment construction and great experience and knowledge of fabrics
Fluency in English is a requirement, other languages such as Swedish, Italian, French, Spanish or Portuguese is a merit
