Job Summary
Tetra Recart (TRC) is creating a new team structure to accelerate the growth of our Tetra Recart business worldwide. We see an exciting opportunity to significantly scale up this business, driven by growth trends in the food categories that our Tetra Recart solutions serve.Tetra Recart Services will focus on supporting customer operation with relevant services and build capabilities to make difference!
Tetra Recart Services will focus on supporting customer operation with relevant service offering and our capabilities to make difference.
We are now looking for a Service Solution Managers, to be responsible for driving evolution of TRC services in Markets & Regions.
You will work closely with account teams to develop and deploy services solution supporting Customer operation and TRC growth ambitions.
We have 2 positions available for this role. They are permanent and ideally based in Lund or Modena although other Tetra Pak locations will be considered.
What you will do
Based on customer's needs, support development of relevant services offerings together with account teams.
Lead deployment of TRC service offerings and follow up agreements and results together with account teams.
Consolidate customer and market needs to provide input to TRC portfolio mgmt.
Support Markets managing TRC services sales and delivery.
Lead development of new TRC services offering & portfolio.
Responsible to develop and drive long term sustainable TRC services business results.

We believe you have
Good understanding of market dynamics and customer operational requirements.
New business development experience - a proven track-record of building up new business.
At least 5 years proven experience selling and delivering services into the industrial equipment sector.
Good understanding of TPMS
Education: graduation and post-graduation in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Food processing.
Good negotiation and communication skill
Good English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
