As a Testing Technology Engineer, you will play a key role in product development by providing equipment, solutions, and support to enhance vehicle performance and efficiency. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing test equipment and systems to ensure high-quality data collection for engineers and analysts.
Your work will involve close collaboration with test engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring the right equipment is used in test vehicles at the right time. Additionally, you will contribute to long-term roadmaps by investigating future tools and systems.
This role requires both technical expertise and a broader understanding of vehicle ecosystems, including backend systems. This is a consultancy assignment for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize test equipment and measurement systems
Ensure test setups align with project requirements and timelines
Collaborate with test engineers, project managers, and suppliers
Manage data logging systems and ensure accurate data availability
Contribute to roadmaps for future tools and systems
Work hands-on with hardware and vehicles in testing environments
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you need a combination of technical expertise and strong collaboration skills. You should be proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking responsibility for both equipment and stakeholder coordination.
We believe you have:
A BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relevant field
Experience with data logging equipment and backend systems
Knowledge of electronics, vehicle diagnostics, CAN/LIN/Ethernet communication, electrical architecture, or vehicle verification

Additionally, these skills are highly valued:
Strong planning, prioritization, and communication abilities
Great collaboration skills across teams and departments
The ability to anticipate future needs and plan accordingly
A C-level driver's license is a plus!
